cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features.\n\n- Develop reusable frameworks and automation tools to accelerate digital migration from Genesys and LivePerson.\n\n- Comply with the terms so.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a solid focus on backend development using Python.\n\n- Hands-on experience in building GenAI or ML-powered applications using AWS or open-source frameworks.\n\n- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and monitoring tools.\n\n- Proven experience with AWS services, especially Amazon Connect, Lambda, Step Functions, Bedrock, Lex, and S3.\n\n- Solid understanding of digital customer engagement
