Growing together. \nThe Technical Product Manager serve as the primary bridge between business and technology teams, facilitating clear communication and decision-making in order to leverage customer insights and feedback to continuously improve Advocate Central's capabilities. \nYou will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. \nPrimary Responsibilities: \n Owns backlog prioritization and roadmap alignment \n Translating business needs into user stories \n Driving Agile delivery \n Managing dependencies and tradeoffs \n Ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value \n\nLeverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement \nYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. \nRequired Qualifications: \n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field \n 3+ years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, or related role \n 3+ years of experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern engineering practices \n 3+ years of experience managing product backlogs, prioritization, and tradeoffs across business and technical stakeholders \n 3+ years of experience in translating customer insights and business needs into actionable user stories and requirements \n 3+ years of experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, including backlog refinement and sprint planning activities \n 3+ years of experience balancing customer experience, business priorities, and technical constraints to drive product decisions \n\nPreferred Qualifications: \n Ability to showcase and demonstrate critical thinking skill \n Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders \n Experience owning or supporting a product/module roadmap and release planning \n Experience translating strategy into roadmaps, OKRs, and delivery objectives \n Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Aha!, Rally, Jira) and backlog management practices \n Experience working in enterprise-scale or healthcare technology environments \n Exposure to data-driven product decision-making and customer feedback analysis \n Experience managing cross-team dependencies and influencing stakeholders without authority \n\n*All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. \nPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment.
