The Bellman serves as a primary point of contact for guests, responsible for welcoming guests, handling and storing luggage, escorting guests to rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and the local area, and ensuring smooth guest arrivals and departures.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities:\nGreet guests warmly at the hotel entrance and assist with luggage from vehicles.\nEscort guests to their rooms and explain room features such as air-conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, safe box, and minibar.\nIntroduce hotel facilities, including restaurants, pool, gym, and operating hours.\nCollect and load guest luggage during check-out and assist guests to their transport.\nTag, store, and retrieve luggage in the luggage room according to hotel procedures.\nMaintain an accurate luggage storage log to ensure guest belongings are secure.\nHandle all guest property with care and report any damage immediately.\nProvide information on local attractions, dining, shopping, and transportation.\nArrange taxis, e-hailing rides, or airport transfers upon request.\nDeliver mail, parcels, newspapers, and other items to guest rooms promptly.\nAssist with room changes and move luggage accordingly.\nRespond to guest requests courteously and escalate complaints to the Front Desk or Duty Manager.\nKeep the hotel entrance, lobby, bell desk, and luggage trolleys clean and well organised.\nSupport the Front Office team during peak hours and group or tour arrivals.\nMonitor the lobby area and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns to Security.\nRun errands and perform other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors.\nFollow hotel SOPs, grooming standards, and health and safety guidelines.\nUnderstand emergency procedures, including fire evacuation, and assist guests during emergencies.\nRespect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.\nQualifications:\nMinimum SPM or equivalent.\nPrevious experience as a Bellman, Porter, or in hospitality is an advantage;
