Prior Project Management experience is not mandatory, as training will be provided.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate the end-to-end delivery of learning content projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.\nWork with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate requirements and project activities.\nSupport project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking.\nMonitor project scope, risks, issues, and changes, and follow up on outstanding actions.\nMaintain project documentation, meeting notes, schedules, and status reports.\nSupport quality checks to ensure learning content meets client requirements and learning objectives.\nProvide regular project updates to stakeholders and management.\nSupport post-project reviews and additional learning-related projects as required.\nJob Requirements\nDiploma or Degree in Education, Learning & Development, Training, Project Management, Business, or a related field.\nRelevant experience in learning, education, training, eLearning, or learning content development is required.\nHands-on experience with eLearning tools and/or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required.\nExperience in project or programme coordination and stakeholder management is an advantage.\nFormal Project Management experience is not required;
