The role involves on-site technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, system troubleshooting, and coordination with clients and contractors to maintain system availability.\nKey Skills and Responsibilities\nPerform installation, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of end devices, readers, central equipment and associated system components.\nTroubleshoot system, hardware and network faults; identify root causes and replace faulty components where required.\nProvide on-site support for system outages and service requests in accordance with the 2-hour response and resolution SLA.\nOperate, upgrade, patch and maintain Windows Server and Linux systems, including vulnerability remediation under senior engineer guidance.\nSupport system deployment, testing, commissioning and ongoing maintenance throughout the software and system lifecycle.\nRead and interpret technical and construction drawings, including electrical, security and cable-routing layouts.\nCoordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors on installation, maintenance and site activities.\nPrepare service reports, maintenance checklists, technical documentation, quotations and Variation Orders (VO).\nMonitor maintenance progress, provide client updates and escalate unresolved technical issues.\nSupport procurement, billing milestones, operation and maintenance (O&M) documentation, and compliance with workplace safety requirements.\nRequirements\nITE, Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Infocomm Technology, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in system implementation, maintenance, technical support or a related technical role.\nHands-on knowledge of Windows Server and Linux systems, including operation, upgrades and maintenance.\nUnderstanding of the end-to-end system or software lifecycle, including deployment, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance.\nStrong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills across systems, hardware and networks.\nFamiliarity with site installation, preventive maintenance, testing and commissioning.\nGood communication, documentation, customer service and problem-solving skills.\nAble to provide 24×7 standby support and attend on-site incidents in accordance with the required SLA.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in security system integration or electronic system maintenance.\nAbility to interpret technical drawings and prepare cable-routing plans, shop drawings or as-built documentation.\nFamiliarity with workplace safety practices, Work-at-Height requirements and relevant industrial codes.\nClass 3 driving licence and own vehicle.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Project or
