About the Role:
Based at St Giles School, DN22 7NJ, you will be working 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, either 06:00 to 08:30 or 15:30 to 18:00, 52 weeks per year. You'll play a key role in maintaining cleanliness to a high standard that meets our standards and delights our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning toilets and washrooms
- Wiping down tables and surfaces
- General cleaning duties across classrooms and communal areas
- Hoovering and mopping floors
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained
Who are we looking for?
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Great communication skills and experience in a similar cleaning setting
- A team player providing an excellent service across the Vertas Group
- The ability to make the best decisions with Vertas in mind
- The ability to adapt and respond to change in a growing organisation

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
