impact.\nKey accountabilities:\nConsolidate customer, market and business insight into a central, accessible repository\nAnalyse qualitative and quantitative information to identify trends, opportunities, risks and areas for improvement\nDevelop clear recommendations that support business priorities and decision-making\nProduce insight reporting, presentations and executive summaries for a range of stakeholder audiences\nPartner with Product, Marketing, Client Experience and Commercial teams to support planning and strategic initiatives\nIdentify insight gaps and support further analysis or research where required\nContribute to the development of insight governance, processes and best practice Competencies/skill set\nStrong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from complex information\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, adapting messages for different audiences\nStrong attention to detail whilst maintaining focus on commercial and strategic priorities\nNaturally curious, proactive and comfortable working with ambiguity\nStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills\nOrganised
