We're not looking for someone focused on HR, legal, or primarily sales hiring. We want someone who enjoys finding exceptional technical talent, building strong relationships, and thriving in a fast-moving startup where everyone jumps in to help.\nWe're looking for someone who has recruited in startup environments before and is comfortable wearing multiple hats, moving quickly, and figuring things out as they go.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.\n\nPartner with hiring managers and founders to understand hiring needs and build recruiting strategies.\n\nSource and engage outstanding passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing techniques.\n\nManage multiple searches while delivering excellent candidate experience.\n\nCoordinate interviews, collect feedback, and help move candidates efficiently through the hiring process.\n\nBuild strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at startups or fast-growing technology companies.\n\nStrong experience hiring Software Engineers, AI Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, Visual Designers.\n\nExperience working in small, fast-paced startup environments where priorities change quickly.\n\nA strong sourcer who enjoys finding great passive candidates.\n\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\n\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail, especially with data integrity in our Ashby ATS!\n\nComfortable working directly with founders and senior leaders.\n\nBonus Points\nExperience recruiting Product Marketing or other GTM roles.\n\nExperience recruiting for AI, SaaS, or consumer technology companies.\n\nExperience using Ashby ATS.\n\nEEO\nOpusClip is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
