It is supported by an IT Technology platform, HSSE standards, Omani government regulations, legal justifications, and best international practices. All these elements are aligned with the national objectives of Oman.\nMain tasks and responsibilities\n Conduct periodic monitoring of identified critical process parameters/ IOW’s and co-ordinates with Process/ Ops team for action on any abnormalities or upsets and communicates findings.\n Performs, coordinates and implements online corrosion monitoring and control program for critical process equipment, piping and circuits.\n Monitors corrosion rate and identifies possible causes and remedies to bring the corrosion rate under control. Communicates findings and observations with other divisions.\n Coordinate with Electrical Team to monitor cathodic protection systems in the plant to ensure proper corrosion protection and function\n Provide input recommendations of suitable painting and coating systems for external, immersed and high temperature applications etc.\n Lead the monitoring process identifying critical process parameters/ IOW’s and co-ordinates with Process/ Ops team for action on any abnormalities or upsets and communicates findings.\n Provide input on turnaround scope of work for plant maintenance activities based upon on-stream & equipment history records and the frequency of inspection established.\n Evaluate critical process equipment, piping threats & hazards; pro-actively recommend solutions & Inspection Program and coordinate with concerned department to prevent any loss of containment & maintain piping and equipment integrity.\n Manage Department Contracts.\n Develop and implement Risk Base or Risk Assessment Matrix prioritisation approach for Static equipment - vessel, tanks, valves, piping, pipelines etc.\n Develop and manage the risk assessment ranking process (frequency) for maintenance and inspection of Static equipment - vessel, tanks, valves, piping, pipelines etc.\n Analyse, verify, approve and perform Fit for Purpose/ Integrity Assessments for Static Equipment - vessel, piping, tanks, pipeline etc.\n Carryout inspection as per Inspection Test Plan, QA/ QC plan for procurement of Capital plant equipment and issues clearance certificates and reports of equipment after inspection and testing.\n Identify areas of concern and propose dedicated inspection procedures to follow-up their resolution to improve refinery/petrochemical plants integrity.\n Monitor participates in non-destructive testing of plant equipment and piping, including review of preliminary interpretations carried out by subordinates.\n Lead/Participate in Risk Based Inspection process by identifying corrosion loops and degradation mechanisms and provide the Material & Corrosion input to the RBI analyst as and when required.\n Carries out inspection services and testing of all static equipment of process plants and pipelines system that result in:\n Quality and timely completion of Operations and maintenance day-to-day requirements.\n Updated equipment inspection database for equipment in assigned areas.\n Quality of materials inspected.\n Support in optimization of field inspections: reduced Thickness Measurement Location (TML’s), extended inspection intervals, etc.\n Collect, review, analyse and ensure hand-over documents have appropriate details on material specifications and processes in line with contractual requirements.\n Monitor & follow up to capture any operational upset, corrosion related concerns and variations in critical process parameters.\nKey interactions\nInternal: All TS Managers and Engineers, Operations, Maintenance, Procurement & HSE\nExternal: Contractors, 3rd Parties, Consultants, Vendors & Suppliers\nNotable Working Conditions. وغيرها.\nإجراء الفحوصات وفق خطة فحص المعدات(Inspection Test Plan) وخطة ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة(QA/QC Plan) لشراء معدات المصنع الرأسمالية الأساسية، وإصدار شهادات الموافقة والتقارير المتعلقة بالمعدات مراجعة التفسيرات الأولية التي قام بإجرائها الموظفين التابعين.\nقيادة والمشاركة في عملية التفتيش المبني على المخاطر(Risk Based Inspection) من خلال تحديد حلقات التآكل وآليات التدهور، وتقديم مدخلات المواد والتآكل لمحللRBI عند الحاجة.\nالقيام بخدمات التفتيش واختبار جميع المعدات الثابتة في مصانع العمليات ونظام الأنابيب، مما يؤدي إلى:\nالجودة والانتهاء من متطلبات العمليات والصيانة اليومية في الوقت
