This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and are curious about customer-facing service environments. No prior experience is required; we're looking for someone eager to learn, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in healthcare and sales.\nYou will support the Business Development team in managing and converting inbound enquiries for our medically supervised weight loss program. The role involves contacting prospective customers, explaining the program, answering general questions, and guiding them through the steps leading up to a doctor consultation. This is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales, lead management, and customer engagement in a fast-paced, real-world business setting.\nResponsibilities\nLearn to manage assigned leads from first contact through to conversion, with guidance and support from the team.\nEngage with leads through phone, WhatsApp, and messaging channels, with the goal of helping move them from lead to booking a consultation with a Doctor.\nAssist with regular follow-ups to keep leads warm and progressing.\nHelp provide clear information so customers understand the offering and can make informed decisions.\nSupport customers with their questions or concerns, escalating where needed.\nLog interactions and lead statuses accurately in the CRM.\nHelp maintain an organised and up-to-date lead pipeline.\nLearn to track and report on activity, including follow-up rates and outcomes.\nContribute to the team's weekly and monthly goals as you build confidence and skill.\nEscalate any cases requiring clinical input to the appropriate team.\nQualification & Requirements\nNo prior work experience required - we welcome students, fresh graduates, or anyone looking to start a career in sales or healthcare.\nAn interest in customer service, sales, healthcare, or wellness industries.\nGood communication skills, written and verbal; comfortable speaking with people over phone and messaging platforms.\nA willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt quickly.\nOrganised, with an ability to keep track of multiple conversations or tasks at once.\nComfortable using basic computer systems and tools (CRM training will be provided).\nPatient, empathetic, and confident engaging with customers on health-related topics.\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma (or equivalent); available for an internship period of 3 - 6 months.\nOur Commitment to Inclusivity and Accessibility\nAt ORA, we believe that diverse perspectives build stronger healthcare outcomes.
