Success in this role comes from empathy, clear communication, and the drive to consistently meet conversion goals.\nCustomer-Centric: You thrive in patient-facing conversations and build trust quickly.\nResults-Driven: You are energised by meeting KPIs and achieving measurable impact.\nOrganised: You manage a high-volume pipeline with discipline and attention to detail.\nResilient: You stay proactive and positive in fast-paced, target-oriented environments.\nResponsibilities\nAs a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving patient acquisition and revenue growth by converting inbound enquiries into consultations and programme enrolments.\nManage inbound leads from first contact through to conversion.\nEngage patients promptly via phone, WhatsApp, and messaging channels.\nExplain programme offerings clearly and address questions with empathy.\nTrack all interactions and lead statuses accurately in the CRM.\nReport on lead activity, progress, and outcomes to the Growth team.\n Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets while maintaining compliance standards.\nQualifications and Requirements\nWe are seeking candidates with strong customer-facing experience and proven ability to deliver results in telesales or service-oriented environments.\n2-3 years of experience in telesales, call centre sales, or customer service (airlines, hotels, clinics, hospitals).\nStrong communication skills across phone, WhatsApp, and messaging platforms.\nProven ability to convert leads and consistently meet sales targets.\nFamiliarity with CRM systems and basic reporting.\nPatient, empathetic, and confident discussing health-related topics.\nComfortable working in fast-paced environments with performance KPIs.\nOur Commitment to Inclusivity and Accessibility\nAt ORA, we believe that diverse perspectives build stronger healthcare outcomes.
