This role coordinates cross-functional teams, ensures timely procurement of materials and services, manages project-related supplier activities, and drives adherence to procurement processes to support project cost, quality, and delivery objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nYou align procurement requirements with internal stakeholders and ensure successful execution of procurement activities for assigned customer projects and engineering changes.\n\nYou ensures timely sourcing of components at target costs within specifications.\n\nYou monitor and report procurement status within customer projects.\n\nYou manage interfaces between Procurement, Product Development, Sales, Logistics, Project Management, Supplier Quality, and other project stakeholders.\n\nYou manage purchase orders and coordinate delivery schedules for production lots, PPAP components, and tooling to ensure timely availability of purchased components.\n\nYou coordinate with Supplier Quality Management (SQM) to ensure timely PPAP/PPF approvals.\n\nYou prepare standardized procurement reports and present project status in governance meetings.\n\nYou coordinate procurement escalation processes.\n\nYou support continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.\n\n5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Management within a manufacturing environment.\n\nExperience managing procurement activities in cross-functional and international projects.\n\nKnowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and project coordination.\n\nStrong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nWhat we offer\nWe provide a benefits package designed to support the professional and personal well-being of our employees.
