Success in this role comes from combining data-driven decision making with hands-on execution to deliver seamless patient experiences.\nOperational Leader: You excel at scaling logistics and fulfilment with precision and efficiency.\nPatient-First: You are motivated by improving healthcare outcomes through reliable service delivery.\nAnalytical: You use qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritise and optimise operations.\nAction-Oriented: You take ownership, drive initiatives to completion, and thrive in fast-changing environments.\nResponsibilities\nAs Operations Manager, you will lead and optimise ORA’s end-to-end operations in Malaysia and Singapore, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across pharmacy and fulfilment networks.\nOwn and scale logistics and fulfilment operations, from pharmacy dispensing to last-mile delivery.\nBuild and strengthen partner pharmacy networks, acting as the key operational contact for clinicians, suppliers, and service providers.\nDeliver against operational growth targets while shaping long-term strategy and market roadmaps.\nDesign and optimise SOPs and workflows to improve quality, reduce cost-to-serve, and enable scalable growth.\nAnalyse industry, patient, and fulfilment trends to identify bottlenecks and execute improvements.\n Collaborate cross-functionally with regional teams, representing operations in strategic planning.\nQualifications and Requirements\nThis role is suited for candidates with strong operational expertise, commercial acumen, and a patient-first mindset.\n3-5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations excellence (B2C consumer brands or healthcare experience is a plus).\nStrong analytical skills with ability to synthesise findings and execute recommendations.\nProven ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects, and deliver growth results in ambiguous environments.\nExcellent communication skills in English; knowledge of local patient demographics and healthcare systems.\nEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action and ownership.\nOur Commitment to Inclusivity and Accessibility\nAt ORA, we believe that diverse perspectives build stronger healthcare outcomes.
