Success in this role comes from turning ideas into clear actions, coordinating across teams, and driving projects forward with precision.\nOrganised: You keep track of details, deadlines, and action items to ensure projects move forward.\nClear Communicator: You can translate between clinical and technical language with ease.\nProactive: You anticipate needs, chase open items, and surface problems early.\nCurious: You are genuinely interested in healthcare, technology, and patient experience.\nResponsibilities\nAs a Project Management Intern, you will work directly with ORA’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr Ben, gaining rare exposure to how senior clinical decisions are translated into products, processes, and operating systems.\nSupport Dr Ben across clinical, operational, and patient-journey initiatives, turning ideas into clear actions.\nCoordinate across clinical, operations, product, and technology teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.\nTranslate clinical requirements into actionable tasks for technology and operational teams.\nDrive projects forward by maintaining timelines, action lists, and following up relentlessly.\nIdentify risks, blockers, and delays early, escalating with clear context for decisions.\nImprove patient journeys by mapping touchpoints, spotting friction, and prioritising opportunities for improvement.\n Assist with testing and launching new features, workflows, and clinical initiatives.\nDr. Ben's Profile: https://www.ora.group/dr-ben-ng\nQualifications and Requirements\nThis internship is suited for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in healthcare, operations, product, or startups.\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, health sciences, engineering, design, or related field.\nStrong organisation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.\nComfortable with collaboration and project-tracking tools (Notion, Jira/Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).\nProfessional judgement and discretion when handling sensitive patient and clinical information.\nGenuine interest in digital health, telehealth, or healthcare operations is a strong plus.\nOur Commitment to Inclusivity and Accessibility\nAt ORA, we believe that diverse perspectives build stronger healthcare outcomes.
