Oracle is an American enterprise technology company founded in 1977 by Larry Ellison, Bob Miner and Ed Oates, and headquartered in Austin, Texas. It built its business on the Oracle Database, still the reference relational engine for large transactional systems, and has expanded into a full applications suite covering finance, human resources, supply chain and customer experience through Fusion Cloud and NetSuite. Its fastest growing segment is Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, which the company has positioned aggressively for AI training and inference workloads through large multi-year capacity contracts.

The Construction Manager will lead the delivery of data center construction projects from site mobilization through commissioning readiness and handover. You will provide hands-on site leadership, ensuring work is completed safely, to quality standards, within schedule, and in line with project and regulatory requirements.

Working with general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate civil, structural, MEP, controls/BMS, fire and life safety, security, and fit-out workstreams. The role requires strong construction planning, contractor management, risk management, documentation control, and issue-resolution skills in a fast-paced, high-dependency environment.

  • Lead on-site construction delivery for data center facilities development, expansion, and fit-out projects.

  • Manage general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and specialist vendors across multiple construction trades.

  • Drive site execution plans, look-ahead schedules, coordination meetings, and recovery plans.

  • Coordinate design, construction, and operational stakeholders to resolve technical issues and protect critical-path milestones.

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, method statements, inspection records, site reports, meeting minutes, and closeout documentation.

  • Drive commissioning readiness and handover, including test documentation, as-builts, O&M manuals, training records, and turnover packages.

  • Monitor scope, schedule, progress, and change; support variation, claims, and contractor performance reviews.

  • Provide clear reporting on site progress, safety, quality, risks, actions, and decisions.

  • Travel within Indonesia and regionally as required, up to 20%.
