Success in this role requires strong organization, clear communication, sound judgment, and a consistent focus on client satisfaction.\n Responsibilities\nCreate and maintain project plans covering scope, deliverables, milestones, schedule, budget, staffing, dependencies, and governance for one or more Oracle engagements.\n\nLead day-to-day delivery activities, set priorities, track commitments, and provide direction to project team members.\n\nWork with clients to confirm objectives, responsibilities, timelines, acceptance criteria, and expectations throughout the engagement.\n\nCoordinate work across Oracle teams, client teams, and third-party vendors to support an integrated solution.\n\nMonitor progress against the approved plan; identify risks, issues, and dependencies; and drive timely resolution or escalation.\n\nManage scope changes through agreed review and approval processes, including assessment of schedule, cost, and resource impacts.\n\nTrack project financials, resource needs, and forecasts, and communicate material variances and corrective actions.\n\nPrepare clear status reports and lead project meetings that highlight accomplishments, upcoming work, decisions needed, and blockers.\n\nSupport testing, readiness, deployment, and transition activities, ensuring that owners and completion criteria are clear.\n\nMaintain project documentation and capture lessons learned to improve future delivery.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n3-5 years of project management experience delivering client-facing software implementation or consulting projects.\n\nValid and current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).\n\nExperience developing and managing project schedules, budgets, resource plans, risks, and status reporting.\n\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate work across teams and vendors.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain project status and decisions to client and internal leaders.\n\nDemonstrated ability to address delivery challenges, manage competing priorities, and follow through on commitments.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience delivering Oracle applications, cloud services, or other enterprise technology solutions.\n\nExperience with integrated implementations involving multiple systems or vendors.\n\nFamiliarity with project governance, change control, testing, deployment, and operational handoff.\n\n Disclaimer:Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.\nRange and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only\nUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $74,100 to $148,300 per annum.
