The role combines strong project leadership with commercial awareness, customer advocacy, and the ability to drive outcomes across complex, multi-workstream environments.\nThis is a strong fit for someone who has led large OCI or comparable cloud infrastructure programs and is comfortable operating across delivery, governance, risk, and executive stakeholder management.\n What You’ll Do\nLead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream cloud engagements.\nOwn project scope, plans, milestones, staffing, budgets, deliverables, governance, and commercial commitments.\nCoordinate consultants, architects, technical teams, partners, and customer stakeholders across multiple workstreams.\nLead executive status reviews, steering committees, project meetings, and key decision forums.\nManage risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, forecasts, utilization, and contractual obligations.\nOversee delivery across design, configuration, integrations, migration, testing, training, go-live, and transition to support.\nEnsure solution quality, delivery readiness, documentation, and adherence to Oracle methodologies.\nDrive adoption through change management, communications, training, readiness, and post-go-live support.\nMonitor customer outcomes, feedback, and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and value realization.\nConduct lessons-learned reviews and continuously improve delivery practices.\nBuild trusted relationships with customer sponsors and business leaders.\nIdentify follow-on opportunities and partner with account and sales teams to shape future services and optimization initiatives.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nProven experience managing large OCI or comparable cloud infrastructure programs.\nStrong end-to-end project delivery capability across complex, multi-team environments.\nSolid understanding of cloud infrastructure and platform services.\nAdvanced stakeholder management skills, including experience with executives and senior sponsors.\nStrong risk, issue, dependency, and change-management capability.\nExperience managing project financials, forecasts, utilization, scope changes, and commercial commitments.\nAbility to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.\nStrong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.\nExperience supporting change management, adoption, and business value realization.\nStrong executive communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.\nCommercial awareness and the ability to identify expansion or follow-on opportunities while
