Its when everyones voice is heard and valued that were inspired to go beyond whats been done before.\n you will do:\nLeading a project team in delivering an Oracle Cloud solution to the customer\nOverall performance responsibility for managing scope cost schedule and contractual deliverable which includes applying techniques for planning tracking change control and risk management\nMethodically managing complex business and logistical challenges\nManaging all project resources including subcontractors\nProviding day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer\nExercise creativity independent judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques.\nInteract with all roles at customer including CIO CTO IT Architects technical staff and Business representative for all internal and external reporting\nSkills and qualifications needed:\nBusiness or computer science Bachelor degree is a must.\nPrevious solid experience in managing full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud complex projects\nStrong analytical and time management skills\nPromptly performs analysis of business process requirements\nAbility to balance investigating/troubleshooting on your own\nSpecific Previous implementation experience of Oracle applications and/or technology products\nQuickly establishes and subsequently nurtures long-term customer and supplier relationships\nInternational and cross cultural project management experience\nPM Methodology certification is a must\nScrum Master certification is an advantage\nExcellent experience of consolidating and harmonising business management systems\nPrior consulting and/or project management experience required\nSpecific knowledge of Oracle industry solutions is an advantage\nSignificant C-level presentation experience\n\nQualifications\nCareer Level -
