Our team is a driven development organisation, developing the applications that support all Subscription Billing and Customer engagement to the Cloud.\nIn this role, you will be immersed in and exposed to complex systems and their integration as Oracle cloud subscription data travels to multiple systems from its inception. Your role is to enable internal and external customers to manage their cloud cost.\nRequirements:\n2+ year of experience in delivering and operating large-scale, highly available distributed systems.\n\nStrong knowledge of modern object-oriented languages (Java), PL/SQL, RDBMS databases, NoSQL systems, storage, and distributed persistence technologies.\n\nProven background in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals.\n\nMust have strong analytical, written and communications skills.\n\nExperience using open source technologies such as Docker & Kubernetes.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner to all audiences\n\nNice to have: Python 3, Bigdata processing with Apache Spark, data pipelines experience\n\n As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications.
