The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, offering hands-on database support and the chance to work with emerging technologies. This role is ideal for experienced DBAs or engineers looking to expand their expertise in Oracle, cloud, and AI technologies.

Provide direct database support to enterprise customers in Hong Kong, focusing on Oracle Database 19c and Exadata.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Database and Exadata environments, including Linux and hardware infrastructure.
Implement and manage database migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions.
Contribute to cloud, AI, and non-Oracle database projects based on customer requirements.
Work collaboratively with customers and technical teams to investigate and address database-related challenges.
Develop expertise in new technologies and apply this knowledge to enhance customer projects.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in database and cloud engineering.
Document and communicate technical solutions and recommendations effectively.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient support.
Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
