This high-impact role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and more helping shape and facilitate Oracle’s most strategic and complex dedicated cloud opportunities.\nThis role goes beyond traditional program management. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and commercial leader, helping evaluate, structure, and govern large-scale customer opportunities while balancing customer requirements, operational feasibility, profitability, and long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses deep experience in technical program management, cloud business and technical operations, contracting and drafting, and executive stakeholder management.\nThis highly visible role requires strong business judgment, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex tradeoffs involving pricing, margins, data center/infrastructure capacity planning, contractual commitments, cloud infrastructure delivery models, and non-standard customer requests. The successful candidate will influence critical business decisions while independently driving execution across cross-functional organizations.\nQualifications\n7+ years of technical program experience in cloud environments, deal management, business operations, commercial strategy, sales operations, or related functions.\n\nProven experience evaluating complex, non-standard commercial arrangements and customer-specific exceptions.\n\nStrong understanding of contract structures, commercial terms, financial impacts, and risk management principles.\n\nDirect experience working with executive leaders across Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Legal organizations.\n\nExceptional business judgment with the ability to assess operational, financial, customer, and strategic tradeoffs.\n\nDemonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making through data-driven analysis and executive-level communications.\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead commercial review and governance activities for strategic OCI Dedicated Cloud opportunities.\n\nEvaluate non-standard customer requests, commercial exceptions, and bespoke delivery models by assessing financial, operational, and strategic impacts.\n\nPartner with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Legal teams to develop scalable commercial solutions that balance customer success with Oracle profitability.\n\nProvide executive-level recommendations on pricing, margin implications, contractual commitments, capacity planning, delivery feasibility, and risk mitigation.\n\nDevelop business cases and executive presentations that clearly communicate deal economics, tradeoffs, risks, and recommended actions.\n\nDrive cross-functional decision-making for high-value opportunities by identifying dependencies, constraints, and long-term business implications.\n\nEstablish and evolve governance frameworks for exception management, ensuring consistency, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.\n\nInfluence, activate, and orchestrate stakeholders across organizations to build alignment and deliver measurable business outcomes.\n\nDevelop workstreams, milestones, and execution plans that align customer commitments with Oracle business goals.\n\nBuild trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and ensure transparent communication of progress, risks, and performance.\n\nIdentify opportunities to simplify business processes, improve operating models, and enhance organizational effectiveness.\n\nTrack and report strategic priorities, commitments, and business metrics to provide actionable insights and improve decision quality.\n\n Disclaimer:Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.\nRange and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only\nUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $114,600 to $234,600 per annum.
