As part of a highly visible and business-critical program, the TPM will play a central role in maintaining momentum across global projects.\n Key Responsibilities\nIssue Management & Escalations\nAct as a liaison by proactively engaging the right teams when issues arise; act with urgency and drive results.\n\nManage customer-reported issues, routing them quickly to the appropriate owners.\n\nServe as a point of escalation, enabling fast response and resolution.\n\nCoordinate closely with teams for server/GPU-related turnover and escalations.\n\nEngage technicians, facilitate GPU rack troubleshooting, and triage racks for next steps / testing opportunities.\n\nExecutive Communication & Stakeholder Management\nRemain calm and succinctly provide executive-level updates.\n\nEnsure stakeholder alignment and maintain project velocity across multiple regions.\n\nDrive communications across time zones to ensure continuity among all technical and program stakeholders.\n\nPrioritize per-shift deliverables and disseminate information to all vendors.\n\nProgram Delivery & Process Improvement\nSupport the delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs within Abilene and future Stargate projects.\n\nOperate within a rotation schedule to provide continuous war room coverage (days, nights, weekends).\n\nIdentify gaps in process and partner with teams to resolve.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nSkilled communicator and organizer with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams under tight timelines.\n\nCalm under pressure with the ability to navigate complex, high-stakes operations involving many moving parts.\n\nTechnical fluency in server and GPU rack deployments, infrastructure delivery, and data center operations.\n\nProactive program leader with exceptional attention to detail and a track record of driving results.\n\nExtensive experience in program delivery within hyperscale, cloud, and other fast-paced, mission-critical environments.\n\nProven stakeholder manager adept at building trust, alignment, and collaboration across diverse teams and functions.\n\nFlexible and adaptable capable of working across time zones and evolving business priorities.\n\nWork Environment\n24/7 coverage model (not expecting one individual to cover all hours; role will be rotation-based).\n\nRemote-friendly, no requirement to be on-site or other project locations.\n\nMulti-regional coordination across four time zones (US, Singapore, UAE, UK)\n\nFlexibility to travel occasionally if business needs require.\n\nDisclaimer:Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.\nRange and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only\nUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $91,400 to $187,000 per annum.
