Oracle is looking for an IC2 Internal Communications Specialist based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, to contribute to the planning and execution of internal communications across Lines of Business (LOBs) and Latin America projects covering Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico and Mexico.
This role is designed for an experienced communications professional who can work with moderate supervision, exercise independent judgment and help move communications work from request to execution with quality, speed and consistency. They should be comfortable working across LOBs and countries, turning incomplete inputs into clear communications, following through with stakeholders, learning from feedback and using digital and AI tools to improve productivity, quality and impact. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of working from the São Paulo office three days per week and the flexibility to attend additional special events in person when business needs require it. Travel requirements outside the São Paulo office are low.
