They will work across engineering, operations, product, and leadership teams to define strategy, drive execution, measure adoption and effectiveness, and remove barriers to delivery.\n Key Responsibilities\nLead the strategy, design, rollout, and continuous improvement of AI training and technical enablement programs across OCI.\nAssess AI readiness, skill gaps, and training needs across technical teams; translate findings into prioritized, scalable learning plans.\nPartner with engineering, product, operations, and subject-matter experts to develop role-based technical training, hands-on learning, and readiness materials.\nDefine program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.\nEstablish success measures-including adoption, completion, proficiency, operational readiness, and business-impact metrics-and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.\nCreate mechanisms to gather learner and stakeholder feedback, evaluate training effectiveness, and rapidly iterate program content and delivery.\nDrive alignment across OCI organizations to standardize AI learning pathways, communications, documentation, and readiness expectations.\nManage cross-functional dependencies, remove blockers, and make strategic trade-offs across business and technical priorities.\nLead stakeholder communications, program reviews, status meetings, and executive updates.\nEnsure training programs appropriately reflect security, compliance, accessibility, quality, reliability, and operational requirements for cloud infrastructure.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams without direct people management.\nDrive change management and adoption as OCI teams incorporate new AI capabilities, tools, and operating practices.\nBasic Qualifications\n10+ years of experience leading complex technical or engineering programs.\n10+ years of program and project management experience.\n3+ years of experience supporting cloud infrastructure buildouts, cloud operations, or related technical infrastructure programs.\nDemonstrated experience designing, scaling, or leading technical training, enablement, readiness, or organizational-adoption programs.\nStrong ability to communicate clearly and effectively-both verbally and in writing-with technical and executive stakeholders.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.\nDemonstrated ownership of cross-functional, cross-organization programs from strategy through execution.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with AI/ML platforms, services, infrastructure, or technical enablement.\nExperience with cloud services and infrastructure, including datacenter, networking, and operational environments.\nExperience using data and feedback mechanisms to measure learning outcomes, adoption, and program effectiveness.\nSelf-directed problem solver with strong ownership and sound judgment.\nComfortable succeeding in fast-paced, ambiguous, and customer-focused environments.\nHighly analytical and technically capable, with the ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and software.\n Disclaimer:Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.\nRange and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only\nUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $116,600 to $264,100 per annum.
