Oracle is an American enterprise technology company founded in 1977 by Larry Ellison, Bob Miner and Ed Oates, and headquartered in Austin, Texas. It built its business on the Oracle Database, still the reference relational engine for large transactional systems, and has expanded into a full applications suite covering finance, human resources, supply chain and customer experience through Fusion Cloud and NetSuite. Its fastest growing segment is Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, which the company has positioned aggressively for AI training and inference workloads through large multi-year capacity contracts.

This role is based in Nashville, TN. This role will require relocation to Nashville, TN if you do not reside in the region.

  • Strong understanding of hyperscale data center operations, distributed systems, infrastructure deployment, hardware lifecycle management, networking, storage, compute, and operational support.
  • Proven track record of driving operational transformation through AI, automation, intelligent tooling, scripting, process engineering, and scalable program models.
  • Experience leveraging emerging AI capabilities, operational analytics, Jira, Confluence, and related program tooling to improve workforce productivity, operational performance, and service quality.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, technical judgment, program execution, and written and verbal communication.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to present complex information clearly and influence senior stakeholders across engineering, infrastructure, product, and business organizations.
