Assess risks early and mitigate\nManage 24x7 operational support on your team’s no-downtime architecture\nPerform root cause analysis and prevent recurring problems\nBuild relationships with other OCI service leaders to drive effective integrations and deliver cross team initiatives\nDesired Skills and Experience\n10+ years of experience in software development\n6+ years of experience delivering and operating large-scale, highly-available distributed systems\n2+ years of experience leading engineering teams. Goal setting and talent reviews for direct reports\nDemonstrated ability to attract, develop and retain talent\nHands-on experience in Java backend micro services, Kubernetes and infrastructure automation\nDemonstrated expertise in cloud engineering, networking, Linux internals and databases\nSustainably scale systems through tooling and automation\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner\nResults driven.
