The Operational Reporting Manager will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable reporting solutions, driving dashboard development and automation, strengthening data and reporting governance, and ensuring reporting delivers actionable insights that support operational and leadership decision-making.\nThe role will manage a team of reporting and analytics professionals while partnering across business, application, data, and BI organizations to drive end-to-end delivery-from requirements and data validation through development, UAT, deployment, and ongoing operational support.\nA key expectation is to advance the organization’s AI and automation strategy for reporting. The manager should have practical experience leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to automate reporting processes, accelerate development and testing, improve data validation, generate insights, and reduce manual dependencies.
