Execution\nCollaborate with Demand Planning and Supply Planning teams to align material availability with short-term and long-term forecast requirements.\n\nAnalyze forecast demand, supply risks, and material constraints to support execution and continuity of supply.\n\nPartner with contract manufacturers to manage material readiness, lead times, and production schedules.\n\nEnsure timely delivery of rack and infrastructure products to support OCI deployment requirements.\n\nValidate clean-to-build (CTB) assessments to confirm material availability for planned production.\n\nIdentify material shortages and gaps at contract manufacturers and drive escalation and resolution activities.\n\nSupport inventory planning strategies that balance supply continuity, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency.\n\nHelp manage excess and obsolete inventory mitigation activities in partnership with planning and operations teams.\n\nContract Manufacturer & Supplier Management\nManage operational relationships with Contract Manufacturers (CMs), ODMs, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.\n\nDrive supplier and manufacturing commit alignment at weekly, monthly, and quarterly intervals.\n\nEnsure manufacturing partners have sufficient materials and capacity to support demand plans.\n\nMonitor inventory control practices and material management processes at contract manufacturer and warehouse locations.\n\nWork with suppliers and manufacturers on stocking and buffering strategies to improve supply continuity and responsiveness.\n\nSupport KPI reviews and operational performance management with manufacturing partners.\n\nManufacturing & Operational Coordination\nPartner with Manufacturing and Operations teams to ensure capacity planning supports forecasted demand.\n\nSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to ensure materials are qualified and production-ready.\n\nCoordinate across Engineering, Product Operations, Commodity Management, and Deployment teams to support operational readiness.\n\nHelp drive process improvements that improve material flow, execution efficiency, and operational scalability.\n\nRisk Management & Process Improvement\nIdentify supply chain risks, material shortages, and operational bottlenecks that may impact production or deployment schedules.\n\nSupport mitigation planning including alternate sourcing, supplier recovery actions, and inventory buffering strategies.\n\nTrack and report key operational metrics related to inventory health, supplier performance, material availability, and manufacturing execution.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy, planning efficiency, and supply chain execution.\n\nLeadership & Collaboration\nLead materials program teams and mentor junior supply chain team members in a fast-paced operational environment.\n\nBuild strong working relationships across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, and Deployment organizations.\n\nCommunicate operational risks, supply challenges, and mitigation plans to leadership teams.\n\nContribute to long-term supply chain planning and operational scaling initiatives supporting OCI growth.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience\n6-10 years of experience in materials management, supply chain operations, manufacturing planning, or related functions.\n\nExperience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and global manufacturing operations.\n\nStrong background in inventory management, production scheduling, materials planning, and supply chain execution.\n\nExperience supporting hardware manufacturing, cloud infrastructure, networking, server, or high-tech operations environments preferred.\n\nExperience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) or manufacturing ramp activities preferred.\n\nTechnical & Functional Skills\nStrong understanding of materials management, manufacturing operations, inventory control, and supply chain planning processes.\n\nExperience with ERP, MRP, or supply chain management systems.\n\nAnalytical mindset with experience developing and managing operational KPIs and performance metrics.\n\nKnowledge of manufacturing capacity planning, supplier management, and logistics operations.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\n\nLeadership & Communication\nStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.\n\nEffective communicator with the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional
