assumptions and dependencies, driving mitigation, contingency planning and timely escalation.\nManage scope changes through documented impact assessments and formal approval processes.\nManage implementation partners and vendors against statements of work, contractual commitments, delivery milestones and quality expectations.\nLead progress meetings and coordinate delivery using Waterfall, Agile or hybrid methodologies, as appropriate.\nAct as the primary project contact for bank stakeholders, Oracle product and support teams, implementation partners and third-party system integrators.\nManage stakeholder expectations, resolve competing priorities and communicate effectively with senior executives and business unit leaders.\nProvide clear reporting to sponsors and steering committees on delivery progress, financial performance, risks and decisions required.\nCoordinate user training, process changes, operating procedures and transition to production support.\nLead cutover rehearsals, go-live readiness reviews, contingency planning and post-go-live stabilisation.\nEnsure applicable regulatory, information security, access control, audit and business continuity requirements are addressed throughout delivery.\nRequired Qualifications and Skills\n12-20 years of relevant professional experience, including demonstrated experience leading core banking implementation or transformation projects.\nHands-on project delivery experience with Oracle Banking Products, including Oracle FLEXCUBE.\nStrong understanding of banking processes, including customer onboarding, accounts, deposits, lending, payments and financial reconciliation.\nExperience managing complex integrations, data migration, testing and production cutover.\nProven ability to manage multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams and external implementation partners.\nStrong project planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management and stakeholder communication skills.\nAbility to translate technical and functional issues into clear business impacts, options and decisions.\nExperience managing vendor commitments, statements of work and change requests.\nStrong leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution and escalation management skills.\nProficiency with MS Project, Jira or equivalent project delivery tools, with experience using collaboration and reporting tools such as Confluence, Excel or Power BI.\nExperience working within Waterfall, Agile or hybrid delivery environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent project management certification.\nExperience delivering at least one Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation through go-live and stabilisation.\nExperience with legacy core banking replacement, multi-country rollouts or phased implementations.\nExperience working with Oracle product teams or Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation partners.\nExposure to regulatory requirements, audit controls, information security and business continuity in banking environments.\nExperience supporting organisational change, user adoption and operational readiness during banking transformation
