delivered solutions meet functional and technical requirements.\nFollow established development standards, documentation practices, change control procedures and applicable quality, audit and compliance requirements.\nLead and mentor a small team of developers, providing technical guidance and reviewing deliverables.\nCollaborate across functional, technical and customer teams, participating in and leading project discussions as required.\nRequired Qualifications and Skills\n10-14 years of relevant experience in software development, implementation or production support, including hands-on experience with core banking products.\nStrong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development skills, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, query optimisation and debugging.\nHands-on experience delivering data migration projects in the banking domain.\nGood understanding of banking products and processes, including current and savings accounts (CASA), loans, payments and deposits.\nExperience in data mapping, transformation, data quality validation and reconciliation.\nFamiliarity with data migration tools and scripting.\nDevelopment experience with JavaScript, XML and web services.\nExperience integrating processing logic within three-tier application architectures.\nAbility to translate business requirements into clear technical designs and implementation specifications.\nExperience guiding developers and taking ownership of technical deliverables.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with customers and distributed project teams.\n Preferred Qualifications\nDevelopment, implementation or production support experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE UBS.\nExperience with Java, service-oriented architecture (SOA) and RESTful web services.\nWorking knowledge of Oracle development tools and application deployments on Oracle WebLogic Server.\nExperience with Oracle BI Publisher or Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).\nExperience developing and implementing interfaces with third-party systems.\nAdditional Requirements\nWillingness to travel to customer or prospective customer locations for implementations, product walkthroughs and proofs of concept, as required.\nFlexibility to work shifts according to project and customer
