You will own the Unifier environment end-to-end-translating complex business requirements into scalable system solutions-while leading external consultants and aligning a broad set of stakeholders.\nThis role is ideal for someone who prefers building over managing but can still lead through expertise and influence.\nResponsibilities:\nSystem Architecture & Design\nDefine the overall Unifier system architecture, data structures, and configuration strategy\nDesign scalable solutions aligned to program needs across cost, change, contracts, and reporting\nEstablish standards for CBS, workflows, forms, and governance frameworks\nHands-On Configuration & Build\nPersonally configure and deploy Unifier business processes (BPs), workflows, and forms \nBuild and optimize:Cost management (budgets, commitments, actuals, accruals, EAC)\nChange management workflows\nContract and invoice management processes\nFunding and cashflow tracking\nRFI and project workflows\n\nEnsure system performance, usability, and data integrity\nImplementation & Delivery\nOwn the end-to-end implementation lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, iterate)\nDrive rapid implementation with an MVP mindset, balancing speed with long-term scalability\nLead system testing, issue resolution, and continuous improvement\nStakeholder Leadership\nPartner with Program Controls, Finance, Construction, and Technology teams to translate requirements into system solutions\nLead and coordinate external consultants and system integrators\nAct as the central point of accountability for Unifier delivery\nIntegration & Data Strategy\nSupport integration with:Scheduling platforms (e.g., Primavera Cloud)\nERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion)\nData lake / reporting environments\n\nEnsure alignment of system data structures across platforms\nCommunication & Governance\nProvide clear, executive-level updates on system progress, risks, and decisions\nDrive alignment across stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment\nEstablish and enforce system governance and best practices\n Required Qualifications\n15+ years of experience in enterprise system implementation, with deep expertise in Oracle Unifier\nProven track record of hands-on configuration and deployment of Unifier (not just oversight)\nAdvanced experience with:uDesigner (business processes, workflows, forms)\nCost and project management system configuration\nData structures and governance frameworks\n\nDemonstrated ability to architect and deliver enterprise-scale PMIS solutions\nStrong project management and delivery discipline in complex environments\nExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive interaction\nExperience leading consultants and cross-functional teams without direct authority\nMust be based in the United States\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting large-scale capital programs (e.g., infrastructure, data centers, construction)\nFamiliarity with Primavera Cloud (OPC) or other scheduling tools\nExperience integrating Unifier with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion or similar)\nBackground in project controls or cost management systems (preferred, not required)\nLeadership Profile:\nHands-on builder who enjoys configuring systems directly\nOperates as a technical leader without relying on formal authority\nBrings structure to ambiguity and drives outcomes in fast-paced environments\nBalances speed, precision, and scalability\nComfortable working extended hours to meet critical delivery milestones\nWhy This Role Matters\nThis role will define and deliver the core system of record for a multi-billion-dollar capital program.
