We believe in ownership and expect you to think long term, mentor, and empower other engineers.\nQualifications and Experience:\nTechnical Skills:\nBS degree in Computer Science or related field (MS preferred)\n\n10+ years distributed service engineering experience in a software development environment\n\nExpert in Java and an exceptional problem solver\n\nDeep understanding of object-oriented design and SDK development, specifically within a cloud environment\n\nStrong skills in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals.\n\nExperience working closely with architects, principals, product and program managers to deliver product features on time and with high quality.\n\nWorking familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) and standard network architectures.\n\nExperience with containers and container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)\n\nGood understanding of databases, NoSQL systems, storage and distributed persistence technologies.\n\nGood understanding of Linux\n\nDemonstrable technical leadership and mentorship skills\n\nKnowledge of OCI or AWS, Azure, GCP, Public Cloud SaaS, PaaS Services and/or related technology is a plus\n\nGood to have hands-on experience designing, developing, and operating public cloud service control planes\n\nFunctional Skills:\nDesign and implement intuitive and seamless customer experiences.\n\nProficiency in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.\n\nExperience using ticket tracking systems such as JIRA.\n\nAbility to quickly translate wireframes into prototypes and production-ready interfaces.\n\nQuick learner with the ability to pick up new languages and technologies.\n\nSelf-driven and able to work independently on projects, even as designs evolve.\n\nPassionate about learning and staying updated with new technologies and services.\n\nStrong communication skills, including cross-team collaboration.\n\nAbility to deliver basic functionality and iterate rapidly.\n\nExperience working with geographically distributed teams.\n\nSignificant plus: Knowledge of healthcare and experience delivering healthcare applications.\n\nCareer Level -
