technical debt.\nCollaborates with architects and partner teams on cross-component designs.\nIssue/Defect Collaboration - Software Products Support:\nLeads investigation and resolution of complex customer and production issues.\nCoordinates with engineering, support, and product teams on mitigations and long-term fixes.\nConducts root-cause analysis and implements preventive improvements.\nCommunicates technical findings, risks, and resolution progress clearly.\nPractices and Standards Compliance - Security and Compliance:\nDrives adoption of coding standards, engineering practices, and quality expectations.\nApplies secure design and coding practices throughout development.\nAddresses application and dependency vulnerabilities with security teams.\nEnsures changes meet acceptance criteria and applicable compliance requirements.\nCore Responsibilities\nPlanning & Execution:\nIndependently delivers complex initiatives, managing scope, dependencies, risks, and
