Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.\n\n7-9+ years of professional software engineering experience.\n\nStrong experience developing enterprise-scale backend systems using Java, Python, or other object-oriented programming languages.\n\nDeep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, APIs, scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization.\n\nExperience building and supporting cloud-native applications in modern engineering environments.\n\nProven experience serving as a technical lead, leading projects and mentoring engineers.\n\nExperience guiding and supporting teams of approximately 5-6 engineers through technical execution and delivery.\n\nStrong understanding of software design principles, data structures, algorithms, and system architecture.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with cloud platforms, containerization, and modern DevOps practices.\n\nExperience working in highly regulated environments requiring reliability, security, and compliance.\n\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar engineering productivity
