authority, and drive accountability across technical and business organizations.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n8+ years of experience in business operations, program management, strategy, or related roles in a complex, fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs, business operations initiatives, or operational improvement programs within a complex organization.\nProven ability to independently manage multiple programs or workstreams involving diverse stakeholders, competing priorities, dependencies, and evolving requirements.\nStrong program management fundamentals, including planning, execution, risk management, issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, and commitment tracking.\nExperience evaluating business processes, identifying operational gaps, implementing practical improvements, and supporting sustained adoption.\nAbility to develop governance mechanisms, establish clear ownership, document decisions, and drive accountability for deliverables.\nExperience using operational data, reporting, and tracking tools to monitor progress, identify risks, and support business decisions.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex operational topics clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.\nDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority, navigate ambiguity, exercise sound judgment, and drive initiatives to completion.\nExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through, with the ability to balance recurring operational responsibilities and strategic improvements.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting cloud infrastructure, engineering, technology operations, or another complex technical organization.\nFamiliarity with procurement processes and purchasing coordination.\nExperience gathering business requirements and coordinating improvements to internal business applications, workflow systems, or operational tracking tools.\nExperience designing or implementing workflow automation, AI-enabled productivity solutions, or self-service business operations from: $91,000 to $209,500 per annum.
