services for reliability, scalability, and performance.\nForecast capacity needs and identify risks before they affect customers.\nPartner with software engineering teams to improve service architecture and operational readiness.\nLead incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and post-incident improvements.\nBuild automation, tooling, and scripts that reduce manual effort and improve reliability.\nMonitor service health, performance, and availability, and act on emerging trends.\nImprove observability, operational workflows, and service-level performance.\nEvaluate new tools and technologies that can improve reliability, efficiency, or scale.\nContribute to technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and the development of other engineers.\nRequired Skills/Experience\nWhat You’ll Bring\nThis role is open only to Singapore Citizens, as the scope of work involves government projects that require citizenship for clearance purposes.\nStrong experience in site reliability engineering, software engineering, infrastructure, or cloud operations.\nDeep troubleshooting and incident-response experience across complex production environments.\nStrong programming or scripting skills and hands-on automation experience.\nExperience with infrastructure, virtualization, security tooling, and database reliability.\nStrong understanding of monitoring, capacity planning, service health, and SLOs.\nAbility to diagnose issues across multiple services and technical domains.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills
