You will translate customer business requirements into integrated solutions, assess cloud environments, identify gaps, and guide customers through cloud adoption and implementation.\nYou will provide technical leadership across the full solution lifecycle-from discovery and design through build, testing, deployment, and go-live-while coordinating cross-functional teams to remove blockers and drive successful customer outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with customers to understand business goals, requirements, challenges, and desired outcomes, translating them into practical technical and process solutions.\nLead fit-gap assessments of customer cloud environments and develop roadmaps for cloud transition, implementation, and optimization.\nDefine and align the functional and technical vision for program solutions with customer and internal stakeholders.\nLead and oversee end-to-end delivery across requirements intake, design, build, testing, deployment, and go-live.\nDesign secure, scalable OCI architectures, including networking, security, identity and access management, and infrastructure frameworks.\nGuide deployment of customer workloads to OCI, support cloud-adoption models, and recommend actions to remove delivery blockers.\nAlign customer solutions with Oracle product roadmaps, release cycles, business enhancements, and production break-fix requirements.\nCollaborate with portfolio management and cross-functional teams, including business analysts, integration specialists, quality assurance, development, support, services, and third-party partners.\nCommunicate solution options, risks, progress, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical customer stakeholders.\nContribute to strategic planning, program governance, customer satisfaction, service delivery, and cross-functional team leadership.\nQualifications & Skills\nMandatory\n11 years of experience in a customer-facing, consultative, or technology-related role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience:Bachelor’s degree in business, computer information systems, computer science, or a related field plus 7 years of relevant experience.\nMaster’s degree in a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience.\nDoctorate in a related field plus 3 years of relevant experience.\n\n8-15 years of IT industry experience, including at least 5 years of demonstrated OCI experience.\nHands-on expertise with OCI, including cloud architecture, workload deployment, networking, security, and IAM.\nStrong Terraform experience for provisioning and managing OCI resources.\nProficiency in Bash, Python, Shell, or similar scripting and programming languages.\nExperience deploying and managing containerised workloads on Kubernetes, ideally Oracle Kubernetes Engine.\nExperience building observability dashboards and alerts with Prometheus and Grafana.\nDemonstrated experience leading business analysis, business-process design, and software delivery lifecycle activities.\nProven ability to lead cross-functional programs, coordinate stakeholders, manage resources, and deliver solutions on time and within budget.\nStrong client relationship, service delivery, incident response, account management, contract management, and compliance capabilities.\nExcellent analytical, written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills.\nAbility to travel to customer and internal locations up to 25%.\nGood-to-Have\nExperience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\nOCI or other relevant cloud certifications.\nExperience with modern CI/CD and DevOps tools and practices.\nAt least one full cloud implementation lifecycle.\nExperience supporting operating budgets or project financials.\nDeep familiarity with the CSS service portfolio across cloud and on-premises offerings.\nAdditional experience in IT service management and account management.\nSelf-Assessment
