This role requires the ability to influence across organizations, navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive executive decision-making without direct authority.\n Own the end-to-end execution of complex AI infrastructure and GPU delivery programs, from strategic planning and deployment readiness through operational handoff.\nIdentify, prioritize, and successfully execute a broad portfolio of cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple programs concurrently.\nDevelop and maintain integrated program plans that define milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, owners, key decisions, and committed actions.\nCoordinate delivery across Engineering, Cloud Platform, Networking, SRE, Data Center Operations, Observability, Finance, Business Operations, hardware partners, and executive leadership.\nEstablish and lead program operating mechanisms, including weekly execution reviews, readiness assessments, governance forums, executive business reviews, and cross-functional planning sessions.\nMonitor GPU fleet readiness, deployment progress, operational health, service availability, and reliability across current and next-generation AI platforms.\nManage deployment governance, operational readiness reviews, stakeholder transitions, and change management processes to ensure successful service delivery.\nNavigate complex dependencies across organizations, resolve execution risks, drive mitigation plans, and ensure accountability through program completion.\nServe as the primary escalation point between engineering and operations to accelerate issue resolution and remove execution blockers.\nEstablish structured incident management processes, including root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive action tracking, and verification of long-term resolutions.\nDevelop executive-level reporting and dashboards that communicate program health, operational KPIs, customer impact, dependencies, financial status, risks, mitigation plans, and key decisions.\nPartner with Observability and Telemetry teams to improve visibility into GPU health, network fabric performance, RDMA, RoCE, InfiniBand, and overall service health.\nCollaborate with internal engineering organizations and external hardware partners to improve deployment quality, operational efficiency, and time to resolution.\nEstablish scalable program management frameworks, documentation standards, runbooks, playbooks, onboarding materials, and repeatable delivery processes.\nDrive continuous improvement through automation, AI-assisted workflows, data-driven decision making, validation frameworks, version readiness, and operational optimization.\nBuild and maintain consistent reporting, scorecards, KPIs, and program metrics to support executive decision-making and portfolio management.\nQualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\nMinimum of seven years of program management, product management, technical project management, or related experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.\nDemonstrated experience managing complex technical programs involving infrastructure, cloud services, networking, distributed systems, or enterprise software.\nProven ability to lead multiple concurrent programs while effectively managing competing priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.\nStrong experience partnering with cross-functional technical and business organizations to deliver strategic initiatives.\nExperience developing executive dashboards, KPI reporting, scorecards, and data-driven program insights to support operational and business decisions.\nDemonstrated ability to establish scalable governance frameworks, operating cadences, and standardized program management processes.\nStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.\nProven ability to work effectively in highly ambiguous, fast-paced environments while driving accountability and execution across organizations without direct authority.\nExperience with AI infrastructure, GPU deployments, cloud infrastructure, data center operations, networking, observability, or large-scale distributed systems is strongly preferred.\nPMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.\nDisclaimer:Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.\nRange and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only\nUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $209,500 per annum.
