# Program Manager 4

The Program Manager will oversee the implementation and ongoing management of business programs supporting data center construction projects. Identify, prioritize, and deliver a portfolio of business initiatives and programs. Plan schedules and manage multiple programs at once. Partner with global, cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align priorities. Manage dependencies, identify risks, assign owners, and drive mitigation plans through resolution, escalating issues when needed. Track and analyze portfolio budgets, including actual and forecasted spending, program costs, and historical trends. Build scalable processes, tools, and documentation for managing programs from start to finish. Lead standups and sprint planning for assigned programs. Maintain consistent reporting across programs and keep stakeholders informed. Set methods and procedures for new assignments and coordinate the work of others as needed.
