The role supports the timely availability of accurate information so leaders and project teams can make informed decisions and effectively manage priorities.\nIn partnership with Project Managers, the Project Coordinator helps develop and maintain project plans, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, document decisions, monitor follow-up items, and communicate progress to stakeholders. The individual in this role may also assist with identifying dependencies, escalating concerns, resolving routine issues, and supporting process improvements that strengthen PMO operations.\nEffective communication and collaboration are critical to success in this role. The Project Coordinator must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with senior leaders, clinical providers, operational teams, and technical staff.
