Oracle is an American enterprise technology company founded in 1977 by Larry Ellison, Bob Miner and Ed Oates, and headquartered in Austin, Texas. It built its business on the Oracle Database, still the reference relational engine for large transactional systems, and has expanded into a full applications suite covering finance, human resources, supply chain and customer experience through Fusion Cloud and NetSuite. Its fastest growing segment is Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, which the company has positioned aggressively for AI training and inference workloads through large multi-year capacity contracts.

The Project Manager will support data center facilities development from planning and design coordination through construction, commissioning readiness, and handover. Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors, you will manage project controls, documentation, risks, schedules, and delivery dependencies across multiple workstreams.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing fast-paced projects with complex stakeholder and technical interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end delivery of data center facilities development, expansion, and fit-out projects in Indonesia.

  • Coordinate contractors, consultants, and specialist vendors across MEP, controls/BMS, fire and life safety, security, civil/structural, and fit-out scopes.

  • Prepare weekly project updates, action trackers, risk registers, and stakeholder reports.

  • Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, design reviews, inspection records, meeting minutes, and closeout registers.

  • Support site inspections, quality processes, ITPs, NCRs, punch lists, and corrective-action tracking.

  • Coordinate commissioning readiness and handover activities, including test documentation, as-builts, O&M manuals, training records, and turnover packages.

  • Assist with scope, schedule, and change management, including variations, progress claims, and delivery commitments.

  • Build effective working relationships with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and relevant authorities.

  • Travel within Indonesia and regionally as required, up to 20%.
