This Solution Engineer role focuses on Oracle Fusion Applications, including ERP, SCM, HCM, CX, and EPM.\nWHAT WILL YOU DO?\nSupport and drive complex Supply Chain Management opportunities.\n\nUse Health & Life Sciences expertise to recommend relevant, innovative solutions that help customers achieve their desired outcomes.\n\nEnsure customers’ key business requirements and motivations are fully understood and addressed.\n\nPresent, and articulate the value of Oracle SaaS SCM solutions to a range of internal and external stakeholders.\n\nRepresent Oracle as a trusted advisor by sharing current and emerging product capabilities through workshops, customer engagements, and Health & Life Sciences events.\n\nDrive the strategic growth of Fusion Healthcare & Life Sciences Applications through active contribution to the Solution Engineering community.\n\nPartner with Sales teams throughout the sales cycle to articulate business value.\n\nProactively overcome obstacles to help customers achieve their desired outcomes.\n\nContinually develop your skills and knowledge across Oracle SaaS SCM, and into ERP/EPM, HCM, and CX.\n\nStay current with modern demonstration techniques.\n\nUnderstand the competitive landscape and confidently address objections.\n\nWHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED?\nDemonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to drive complex opportunities.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\n\nInnovative, solution-oriented thinking.\n\nStrong collaboration and relationship-building skills.\n\nEffective networking skills.\n\nDrive, resilience, and a proactive mindset.\n\nCuriosity and a commitment to continuous learning.\n\nStrong emotional intelligence.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectively.\n\nAbility to translate complex customer needs into clear, value-led business solutions.\n\n Basic requirements:\nBachelors degree, or equivalent\n\nA minimum of 12 years’ experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a comparable role.\n\nAdvanced, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, or comparable cloud solutions from another enterprise technology provider.\n\nProven experience across the broader supply chain portfolio, including Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Inventory Management, Maintenance, and Logistics.\n\nExperience in end-to-end supply chain design and network optimisation, from demand planning through to logistics execution.\n\nExperience leading multi-pillar solutions across ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and/or CX is desirable.\n\nHands-on experience with AI capabilities in Oracle Fusion Applications, or comparable embedded AI capabilities in other enterprise SaaS platforms.\n\nExperience designing enterprise architectures using Oracle Fusion Applications or comparable enterprise cloud application platforms.\n\nKnowledge of sales methodologies and the associated processes and disciplines.\n\nFluency in English and Arabic\n\nPreferred experience:\nExperience supporting enterprise back-office transformation programmes ideally within Healthcare and/or Life Sciences customers.\n\nExperience integrating Oracle Fusion SCM Applications, or comparable enterprise applications, with Healthcare EHR and/or Life Sciences solutions.\n\nAbility to apply technology to drive innovation; experience with design thinking and customer journey mapping is an advantage.\n\nA master’s degree, or equivalent experience, is desirable.\n\nIndustry-recognised certifications and active affiliations with respected supply chain institutions or professional associations.\n\nExpectations:\nWilling to travel as needed across the Middle East\n\nWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations\n\nAcknowledged authority within the Corporation. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. 3 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 7 years business experience with relevant computer applications or database/tools. Ability to implement the most advanced product features. Thorough knowledge of system and application design. In depth knowledge of competitors. Demonstrated project management skills. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication. Ability to travel as needed.
