This Solution Engineer role focuses on Oracle Fusion Applications, including SCM, ERP/EPM, HCM, and CX.\nWHAT WILL YOU DO?\nSupport and drive complex opportunities as Lead Solution Engineer and being supported by domain experts depending on your in-depth knowledge.\nUse Life Sciences expertise to recommend relevant, innovative solutions that help customers achieve their desired outcomes.\nEnsure customers’ key business requirements and motivations are fully understood and addressed.\nPresent, and articulate the value of Oracle Saas SCM/ERPM/HCM/CX solutions to a range of internal and external stakeholders.\nRepresent Oracle as a trusted advisor by sharing current and emerging product capabilities through workshops, customer engagements, and Life Sciences events.\nDrive the strategic growth of Fusion Life Sciences Applications through active contribution to the Solution Engineering community.\nPartner with Sales teams throughout the sales cycle to articulate business value.\nProactively overcome obstacles to help customers achieve their desired outcomes.\nContinually develop your skills and knowledge across Oracle SaaS SCM and ERP/EPM/HCM/CX. \nStay current with modern demonstration techniques.\nUnderstand the competitive landscape and confidently address objections.\n WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED?\nDemonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to drive complex opportunities.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nInnovative, solution-oriented thinking.\nStrong collaboration and relationship-building skills.\nEffective networking skills.\nDrive, resilience, and a proactive mindset.\nCuriosity and a commitment to continuous learning.\nStrong emotional intelligence.\nAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectively.\nAbility to translate complex customer needs into clear, value-led business solutions.\nPreferred Qualifications\nA minimum of 10 years’ experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a comparable role.\nExperience supporting enterprise back-office transformation programmes ideally within Life Sciences customers.\nAdvanced, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Cloud and/or Oracle Fusion ERPM Finance, or comparable SCM/Finance cloud solutions from another enterprise technology provider. \nAbility to lead a multi-pillar solution (ERP & EPM & SCM, or ERP & EPM & HCM or ERP & EPM & SCM & CX). \nHands-on experience with AI capabilities in Oracle Fusion Applications, or comparable embedded AI capabilities in other enterprise SaaS platforms.\nExperience designing enterprise architectures using Oracle Fusion Applications or comparable enterprise cloud application platforms.\nExperience integrating Oracle Fusion Finance Applications, or comparable enterprise applications, with Life Sciences solutions.\nKnowledge of sales methodologies and the associated processes and disciplines.\nAbility to apply technology to drive innovation; experience with design thinking and customer journey mapping is an advantage.\nA master’s degree, or equivalent experience, is desirable.\nDisclaimer:Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.\nRange and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only\nUS: Hiring Range in USD from $52.60 to $89.90 per hour; from: $109,400 to $187,000 per annum.
