You will contribute to the architecture, implementation, and evolution of AI-enabled product capabilities, working closely with engineering, product, and AI teams.\nIn this role, you will\nDesign, develop, and maintain production-grade software for AI-enabled Oracle products.\nBuild scalable services, APIs, SDKs, and reusable platform components.\nWork across large codebases, quickly understanding existing architectures, patterns, and dependencies.\nTranslate product and business requirements into practical technical designs and implementation plans.\nIntegrate modern AI and Large Language Model capabilities into reliable enterprise software systems.\nImprove system quality across reliability, performance, maintainability, testing, and operational readiness.\nReview technical designs and code changes with strong attention to correctness and long-term impact.\nLead engineering execution across sprints, including planning, prioritization, task breakdown, and delivery tracking.\nMentor engineers and help raise engineering standards across the team.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.\nStrong professional experience in software engineering, preferably in backend, platform, infrastructure, or enterprise product development.\nProficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar.\nStrong understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design, and software architecture.\nExperience designing and building production-grade services, APIs, SDKs, libraries, or platform components.\nAbility to work effectively in large, complex codebases and deliver high-quality changes with limited ramp-up time.\nWorking knowledge of modern AI systems, Large Language Models, AI application development, or AI platform integration.\nExperience with testing, debugging, performance analysis, CI/CD, and production support practices.\nStrong technical leadership skills, including code review, design review, mentoring, and engineering planning.\nExcellent problem-solving, ownership, communication, and collaboration skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience building AI-enabled enterprise applications or AI platform capabilities.\nExperience with distributed systems, cloud services, or large-scale backend platforms.\nExperience developing developer-facing tools, SDKs, APIs, or internal engineering frameworks.\nFamiliarity with LLM orchestration, evaluation, RAG, agentic workflows, observability, or AI governance.\nPrior experience as a technical lead or senior engineer driving execution across multiple contributors.\n As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers.
