These services include the integrated technology deployments of hardware, software, and clinical workflow consulting. As a member of the Upgrade Center Integrated Technologies team you will be focused on collaboratively guiding clients with upgrades and migrations of the CareAware platform in various clinical settings. This includes but is not limited to integration of lab analyzers, anesthesia systems, patient monitoring, respiratory ventilators, infusion pumps, and medication dispensing cabinets. You will support clients through regular project events, testing calls, status meetings, and conversion support. You will adhere to implementation/upgrade best practices, troubleshoot device integration, assess risk, and mitigate findings throughout client engagements in partnership with engagement management.\n Responsibilities:\nConsult with clients on technical design decisions\nConduct Technical training with appropriate client resources such as Clinical Informatics, IT, Lab Analysts, and Biomed, remotely\nAdhere to established processes, methodologies, best practices for technical implementations, and documentation\nAdvise on deployment strategies such as design impacts\nEngage in client support outside of standard business hours, as needed\nEstablish client relationships and maintain a high level of client satisfaction\nCultivate effective client relationships and planning across multiple clients\nManage multiple work assignments to meet utilization targets\nEffectively develop knowledge of CareAware and Fetalink products and services\nConsult with clients and internal teams on the deployment of hardware, software and services.\nConsult with third party vendors and partners.\nComplete hardware and software installations for clients\nSupport client software functionality\nPerform technical troubleshooting and issue resolution, and escalate as appropriate\nBasic Qualifications:\nAt least 4 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare, Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study, or relevant, equivalent work experience\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working with Cerner Millennium\nExperience working with CareAware iBus\nExperience working with Linux Operating Systems\nExperience withinbound and outbound HL7 messaging\nTechnical troubleshooting and problem-solving experience\nExperience or interests with medical devices such as anesthesia carts, physiological monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, and/or laboratory analyzers\nUnderstanding of basic networking principles\nStrong oral and written communication skills, including a high level of comfort interacting with clinical, IT, and biomedical equipment staff up to the mid-manager level\nAbility to adapt to fast paced or changing environment\nExpectations:\nWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations\nWork in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position\nPerform other responsibilities as assigned\nDisclaimer:Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.\nRange and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only\nUS: Hiring Range in USD from $23.80 to $56.83 per hour; from: $49,500 to $118,200 per annum.
