They may also lead software automation design and delivery projects specifically tailored to enhance network operations.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.\nAt least 5 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on networking.\nStrong expertise in Network Operating Systems (NOS) and experience with networking hardware.\nProven experience in developing software solutions for large enterprises or cloud provider environments.\nProficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, Java, or similar.\nSolid knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, TCP/IP) and technologies (e.g., VPN, DNS, DHCP, MPLS).\nExperience with network automation, scripting, and tooling (e.g., Python, Ansible).\nFamiliarity with network modeling and programming (e.g., YANG, OpenConfig, NETCONF).\nKnowledge of software architecture and design, particularly in distributed systems and cloud-native environments.\nStrong understanding of network security principles and best practices in software development.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and DevOps practices.\nKnowledge of API development and integration, particularly in networking contexts.\nExcellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.\n Disclaimer:Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.\nRange and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only\nUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,200 to $209,500 per annum.
