You are able to troubleshoot and solve infrastructure issues within a Data Centre environment while working closely with a senior Technician. You are able to install/assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of data centre equipment. You will also be required to perform routine maintenance such as replacing failed components and updating firmware. You will need to understand the support tools used to maintain data center activities and assist with maintaining an accurate parts inventory.
