Key Responsibilities\nApplication Software Development:\nLeads a large, potentially global application development group or portfolio of applications spanning multiple product lines.\n\nSoftware Development and Coding - Software System Structural Design:\nOversees the design and development of software, systems, and services.\n\nCoaches directors/managers to provide technical guidance and domain expertise in software architecture decisions and best practices.\n\nPioneers new approaches and utilizes conceptual thinking for group to conduct periodic reviews and ensures adherence to architectural standards.\n\nCollaborates with stakeholders and cross-functional teams within and outside of organization, including executive leadership to align and build software architecture with business and/or customer goals and priorities in focus.\n\nSets standards to implement performance optimization and scalability strategies in software design.\n\nDevelops and provides strategy, vision, and direction for group to conduct regular technology research and evaluation for architectural enhancements.\n\nIssue/Defect Collaboration - Software Products Support:\nCultivates partnerships with stakeholders and senior leaders within and outside the organization to understand customer issues and align solutions.\n\nOversees group to provide technical guidance and appropriately prioritize support to customers regarding reported issues.\n\nDrives key strategic initiatives that advocate for customers' interests and suggests product enhancements based on feedback.\n\nChampions the organization to ensure customer success and satisfaction through timely resolution of issues and effective communication.\n\nDrives direction for the implementation of training for customer issue and/or defect handling processes.\n\nDirects group through the investigation and troubleshooting of the most complex and broadly reaching product maintenance issues to ensure customer agreement on short- and long-term solutions.\n\nPractices and Standards Compliance -
