You'll partner closely with Product Management, Security, Networking, and other OCI engineering organizations to deliver innovative capabilities while maintaining the highest standards for availability, security, and customer experience.\nResponsibilities\nLead multiple engineering teams responsible for Tier-0 authentication, authorization, and virtual networking services.\nDefine the technical strategy and roadmap for critical OCI infrastructure services in partnership with Product Management.\nDrive the architecture, development, and operation of highly available, secure, and scalable distributed systems.\nEstablish engineering best practices that improve service reliability, operational excellence, security, and performance.\nCollaborate across OCI organizations to deliver integrated cloud networking and security solutions.\nRecruit, mentor, and develop engineering managers and senior engineers while building a high-performing engineering culture.\nInfluence technical direction and strategic decisions across the broader OCI Networking organization.\nRepresent your organization in executive-level planning, architecture reviews, and customer engagements.\n Qualifications:\n15+ years of software engineering experience, including 7+ years leading large engineering organizations.\n10+ years of designing, delivering, and operating large scale distributed systems in production environments.\nDeep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and high-availability architectures.\nDemonstrable success mentoring and growing engineers and people managers to senior levels. \nPrior experience in owning and managing SaaS/IaaS services.\nStrong knowledge of security, distributed systems, networking and high-performance computing fundamentals.\nExperience leading organizations with multiple layers of engineering management.\nDemonstrated success developing engineering leaders, scaling organizations, and delivering complex technical programs.\nExceptional communication, collaboration, and executive leadership skills.\nBS, MS, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. \nWhy Oracle Cloud Infrastructure?\nOCI is building the next generation of enterprise cloud.
