solutions or LLM-powered applications.\nHands-on development or implementation experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.\nExperience with AI agent development, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and LLM-based application development. \nExperience deploying enterprise-grade AI applications with appropriate security, monitoring, and governance controls.\nStrong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.\nExperience developing and consuming REST APIs, working with JSON, and implementing secure application integrations.\nFamiliarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0 and role-based access control.\nKnowledge of software engineering best practices, version control, testing, debugging, and CI/CD processes.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently, take ownership of complex technical deliverables, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nRelevant certifications in Oracle Cloud, AI/ML, Generative AI, or cloud application development.\n\n Key Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and implement AI-powered applications and intelligent agents integrated with Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Recruiting.\n\nBuild, configure, customize, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows using Oracle AI Agent Studio.\nDevelop custom applications, APIs, and integration components to extend Oracle Fusion HCM capabilities.\nDesign and implement Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent orchestration.\nIntegrate AI agents with Oracle Fusion
